On May 27, 2025, the Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau issued the *Notice on Recognizing the 2025 Hangzhou Municipal Enterprise High-Tech Research and Development Centers*. To strengthen the construction of enterprise high-tech R&D centers, deepen the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, and accelerate the establishment of a technology innovation system led by enterprises, the Bureau conducted a rigorous process including independent enterprise applications, expert evaluations, on-site inspections, and public recommendations in accordance with the Hangzhou Municipal Enterprise High-Tech Research and Development Center Management Measures.

A total of 412 units, including the “Hangzhou Dongchangyuan Future Energy Equipment Enterprise High-Tech R&D Center,” were confirmed to meet the establishment criteria for Hangzhou Municipal Enterprise High-Tech R&D Centers. Among them, Hangzhou Hyperspectral Imaging Technology Co., Ltd. (HHIT) has been officially approved to establish the “Hangzhou HHIT Advanced Spectral Technology Enterprise High-Tech R&D Center.”
