200-2500nm Hyperspectral Cameras
The hyperspectral cameras independently developed by HHIT adopt the self-developed hyperspectral imaging technology based on slit-prism-grating-prism. It uses push-broom imaging, which fully demonstrates the technical advantages of volume holographic gratings. The cameras boast numerous advantages, including high spectral resolution, high efficiency, good spectral linearity, small spectral line curvature, ease of use, small size and light weight. The main performance indicators have reached the leading level of similar international products.
400-1700nm Portable Hyperspectral Imagers
The Portable Hyperspectral Imagers are a type of spectral imaging systems suitable for field operations. They have a built-in power module in the main unit, eliminating the need for cumbersome external wiring. When used with a professional field tripod, it offers the advantages of quick setup and rapid completion of data collection tasks.
400-1000nm Microscopic Hyperspectral Imagers
The Microscopic Hyperspectral Imagers are a type of integrated precision device specially launched for microscopic measurement applications. This type of device combines an automatic push-broom hyperspectral system with a microscope. By virtue of the microscope's optical path system, it can realize the imaging spectrum acquisition of samples within the microscopic field of view without pushing and scanning the samples. While obtaining fine spatial images of samples, it also acquires hyperspectral information. It will have extremely broad application prospects in various microscopic measurement application fields such as biomedicine, material analysis, life sciences and evidence analysis.
400-1700nm Laboratory Hyperspectral Imaging Systems
The core light-splitting module of the Laboratory Hyperspectral Imagers are fully independently developed by HHIT. It supports the selection of multiple models of image sensors and is matched with an ultra-high-pixel high-definition camera to achieve the perfect integration of high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution. Meanwhile, the HY-80 series can be optionally equipped with a self-developed linear light source and a customized dark box, which minimize the impact of the external environment on sample detection. Combined with the unique spatiotemporal radiometric correction function, it ensures the acquisition of stable and standardized hyperspectral data. It provides high-precision spectral modeling and analysis solutions for high-end application fields such as material sorting, criminal investigation document inspection, food monitoring, and authenticity identification.
400-2500 UAV-borne Hyperspectral Imaging Systems
The UAV-borne hyperspectral imaging systems adopt cutting-edge hyperspectral imaging technology, fully exploiting and utilizing the unique spectral information of different substances. Combined with high-definition cameras to capture high-definition images, it achieves comprehensive detection of qualitative, quantitative, temporal and spatial information of substances. It is a comprehensive remote sensing device that integrates "image and spectrum". It can be widely applied in water environment monitoring, smart agriculture, forestry investigation, target recognition, military anti-camouflage, etc., truly realizing multi-purpose in one device.
Hyperspectral Colorimeter/Wide-Spectrum Spectrometer/Miniature Spectrometer
Based on the prism-grating dispersion spectroscopy hyperspectral imaging technology independently developed by HHIT, the Hyperspectral Colorimeter boasts numerous advantages, including a large color measurement area, simultaneous multi-color measurement, high resolution, and excellent consistency. It adopts an advanced hyperspectral imaging spectrometer, a wide-spectrum uniform linear light source, and industry-specific color analysis software, enabling real-time color measurement and color difference identification of large-area and multi-color samples. It can be widely applied in industries such as the textile industry, aerospace, building materials, paints and coatings, automotive electronics, and spraying workshops.
Hyperspectral Data Processing and Analysis Software / Light Sources and Accessories
The hyperspectral data processing and analysis software independently developed by HHIT is a powerful, one-stop dedicated software for hyperspectral data processing and analysis. It supports common hyperspectral data formats and has built-in multiple specialized algorithms such as hyperspectral data reflectance calibration, water quality parameter inversion, vegetation indices calculation, data mosaicking, and geometric correction. Additionally, it features AI intelligent analysis functions including deep learning.
Industrial Sorting/Plastic Sorting/Color Sorting
Combining its own technical accumulation and industry application experience, HHIT has integrated some universal solutions suitable for industrial online automatic sorting—MAXSPEX. The entire solution consists of three parts: the MAXSPEX HX-series industrial-grade hyperspectral camera, the MAXSPEX-DATA dedicated data processing unit, and the MAXSPEX-IDEAL data analysis and modeling software.
