HX-M10L 400-780nm Hyperspectral Color Difference Meter
The HX-M10L Hyperspectral Color Difference Meter is based on the prism-grating dispersion hyperspectral imaging technology independently developed by Hangzhou Gaopu Company, and boasts numerous advantages such as a large color measurement area, simultaneous multi-color measurement, high resolution, and excellent consistency. More Authentic and Accurate Spectral Data

For all industrial online application scenarios, the dispersive spectroscopy linear array push-broom imaging technology is the most suitable for rapidly obtaining stable data. The core industrial-grade hyperspectral camera independently developed by Hangzhou Gaopu not only enables high-speed imaging but also captures spectral information data of all bands in the target area at one time, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the spectrum for each spatial pixel.

Area Color Measurement

Relying on leading spectral imaging technology, the HX-M10L can perform real-time color measurement on an area of 30cm x 20cm, which is equivalent to the summary of measurement results from 346,000 traditional spectrophotometer color difference meters. Meanwhile, the entire measurement process takes less than 1 minute, realizing the function of high-speed and efficient color measurement for surface areas.

Accurate Color Measurement of Multi-Color Objects

Multi-color objects, due to the overlapping and dense distribution of different colored components, pose a difficulty for traditional color difference meters in color measurement. Thanks to its high spatial resolution, the HX-M10L can accurately separate and identify the colors of objects at different positions, achieving pixel-level color measurement. The spatial recognition accuracy can reach 0.4mm.

Higher Consistency and Repeatability

Through the core imaging hyperspectral equipment, digital measurement of colors is realized, eliminating subjectivity in the color measurement process and thereby improving the reliability of measurement results. At the same time, based on an advanced production quality management system, the consistency between different devices is guaranteed, and finally, the consistency of measurement results for end-users is achieved.
